With a duplication of pp.51/52 placed between pp.30-31 but from different plates to the other pp.51/52. Published printed price given as "10s. 6d" indicating a late eighteenth-century reprint by a publisher such as Randall or Wright using the earlier plates of the Walsh edition. |
