Green half morocco with marbled boards, gilt title on backstrip. Typeset. Outer leaves reinforced at hinge, untrimmed copy. The texts of nos 2-5 are by Metastasio, the author of no.1 being unknown; according to Kinsky-Halm, the autograph manuscripts of the four songs are lost, which lends importance to this first edition. |
