Stapled as issued in publisher's printed white wrappers. Runes from a Holy Island was commissioned by the B.B.C. for the programme "Not Now, I'm Listening". The first public performance was given as part of an Edinburgh Festival concert in St Mary's Cathedral on 6 September, 1978. The performers were the Fires of London conducted by the composer. |
