Folded as issued, affixed along inner final edge to a large limp sheet. Singers included Ida Cristino, Giuditta Celega, Lucia Raimondi, Signor Gianini and Signor Medica, with Madlle Pommereul playing violin, Howard Reynolds playing cornet-à-pistons, Henry Ketten playing piano, and with Luigi Arditi conducting a band of one hundred performers, as well as the band of the Coldstream Guards (playing a new and grand selection arranged from Rossini's Mosè in Egitto). Programme included works by Verdi, Donizetti, Boccherini, Rossini, Ambroise Thomas, Weber, Arditi, Ernst, Chopin, Gabussi, L. Stansy and Sarkosy. |
