Sewn in plain wrappers (detached, bacsktrip worn). Copyist's manuscript in black ink on fourteen-stave paper. Manuscript scenario affixed to inside of covers. An arrangement by Gustave Samazeuilh for two-piano four-hands was published in 1912 and the reduction for piano solo by Léon Roques appeared in 1911. The present arrangement is probably the one by Roques as a publication in this format appeared in 1912. |
