Disbound, sewn. Decoratively bordered title-page. Engraved by T. Caldwall. Probably a reprint of the edition published by R. Bremner in 1771. Burney found Schwindl "well known in the musical world, by his admirable compositions for violins, which are full of taste, grace, and effects" when he met him in the Hague in 1770. |
